In this case, you would need to consider where the baby excrement was and what it had to do with you; were you expected to clean up after someone else's baby, or to clean up your own baby? Was the mess in a particularly significant place, like on an altar or on the stove or in the toilet where it belonged? These are the sorts of things that give a dream meaning, and determine whether the baby excrement is a wonderful thing (healthy babies must make messes) or a nasty disgusting thing.
