That you have a whole lot of dreams. Dreams don't actually mean much. It's like recordings of things that you've seen or done or heard or said which your mind is then trying to categorize or evaluate.

Dreams speak through symbols. So the dream is itself a symbol, most likely suggesting that the dreamer is not facing reality in waking life, but is "living in a dream." The message of such a dream is, "Wake up and face the real world."

That you had a dream within a dream... That's it, nothing special

It could mean that you're having one of those dreams where you wake up multiple times from a dream before waking up in reality.

Answer 1:

A dream within a dream is a case that occurs while sleeping, you are dreaming about something, then you wake up and think you are awake. Then you wake up from the dream you thought was reality.

Occasionally, a person will have a dream about dreaming. Contrary to Science Fiction fantasy such as "Inception," the dreamer does not have control over the images and experiences in such dreams, and they do not seem to have any relation to lucid dreaming. Because dreams can carry symbolic messages, the "dream" within the dream is itself a metaphor, suggesting that the dreamer is not fully aware of what is happening in real life. In other words, the message of the dream-within-a-dream usually is "you need to wake up!"

Answer 2:

A dream within a dream is a dream, while the dream beyond the dream is a False Awakening. You can induce a False Awakening by going to sleep within a dream, but not always as the ability to induce such experiences depends upon how long one is sleeping, one's attention span, one's health, and many other variables. If you are of good health and would like to try inducing a false awakening, become aware of when you are dreaming- they make devices to help people know when they are dreaming, such as binaural music and goggles that you place over your eyes before going to sleep. These goggles typically emit a very subtle flash that goes off from time to time, and when you are dreaming your eyes will still be able to detect the light. When your body is dead asleep throughout the duration of such dreams, you can touch your face, but you will not feel the goggles. If you do happen use a method that enables you to know when you are dreaming each night, which is not necessarily needed by someone with more experience, try going to sleep within the dream. Note however sometimes when we go to sleep in dreams we end up simply waking up. The more often you do this, the more likely you are to induce a false awakening. It's much like taking a dive and swim inside one's own mind.

A dream in which you seem to be alseep and dreaming, then wake up only to realize that you are still asleep, is a "dream within a dream." Like everything else in dreams, this "dream within a dream" is a metaphor. It usually means that your conscience or your more mature self is telling you that you need to "wake up" and stop living in a fantasy. In other words, you need to face reality and stop pretending.

Having a dream within another dream is unusual but not unknown. It is not supernatural or any more significant than any other dream. Generally, the meaning of dreaming about dreaming is that the dreamer needs to "wake up." That is to say, the dreamer's subconscious mind is illustrating the dreamer's tendency to ignore or deny reality. The dreamer needs to "wake up" and live in the real world.

All dreams are produced by the unconscious, also called the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind can produce a dream that involves falling asleep and dreaming. In such cases, the "dream within the dream" is a symbol used by the mind to tell the dreamer that in some aspect of real life they need to "wake up" and stop "dreaming." In other words, the meaning of a dream within a dream is that the dreamer needs to think more realistically.

When a person has a dream that is about falling asleep and dreaming, the metaphor usually points to a real-life situation in which the person is not facing reality. In other words, the dream illustrates the common expression, "You're dreaming!" That expression is said to anyone who has unrealistic expectations or who is in denial about some obvious situation.
