In that case, the dream would illustrate the longing for that lost loved one, and the continuation of the relationship beyond death. Alternatively, the "dead person" might be an unknown rotting corpse, which would suggest the dreamer's fear that a dreaded issue from the past might come back to cause problems in the present.

Every computer has their own unique IP address that can be used to find the person who made the comments. Figuring out the IP address takes some software but once you have it the internet is all you need to locate the computer. Banning anonymous comments would only make it easier to see who made which comments. It would do nothing to discourage people from making them. Bullies do what bullies want to do and they do not usually think about consequences.
