When a restraining order is filed it is initially issued temporarily, until the case is heard in court, provided the judge is satisfied there is enough evidence to believe that a domestic violence or repeat abuse is occurring. When the case gets to court the judge will hear both sides of the case and make his final ruling. The judge could either dismiss the case or be satisfied that such an abuse or repeat violence is occurring and that the restraining order will then need to be final. A final order of restraint generally lasts for one year or until the petitioner files a voluntary dismissal of the case.
In the case where such an order is extended until further order of the court, this order can extend beyond the year, until the court orders otherwise.
Judicial activism is when judges user their power to further justice. This is as opposed to judicial restraint which is when a judge limits their power.
Judges are not ignoring laws and introducing their own biases. This process inadvertently allows judges to exceed their authority in the court of law.

The obloquy directed at corrupt judges is a reflection of the erosion of public trust in the judicial system.
Judges who use their position to further their personal right-to-life agenda might be accused of prejudice, bias, or impartiality. This behavior can undermine the fair and impartial administration of justice.
The conquest of Canaan is primarily described in the books of Joshua and Judges in the Bible. These books detail the Israelites' military campaigns led by Joshua to capture the land of Canaan, as well as the subsequent period of settlement and conflict under the leadership of various judges.
Many judges are state and federal judges, so perhaps their jurisdiction is extended beyond the county they are in. If a search warrant is presented to you by the police, you can be certain it has merit just as it stands.
Not sure if this is what you're are referring to, but there is a cycle of three things that repeat in Judges. Israel falls away from God, fall into sin. God sends judgment, Israel calls to God for saving. God sends salvation in the form of a judge, Israel returns. The key phrase in Judges is "Every man did what was right in his own eyes."
Yes, a judge can mandate boot camp for teenagers who are repeat offenders as a form of juvenile rehabilitation. Boot camps emphasize discipline, structure, and physical activity to instill responsibility and deter further criminal behavior. However, the effectiveness of boot camps in reducing recidivism is debated among experts in juvenile justice.
