There is no parable of the ten leapers, however, Jesus made a leper the hero of one of His parables (called the Rich man and Lazarus) in Luke 16:19-31. This parable teaches us that salvation is not connected with wealth. There is a parable of the Ten Virgins that teaches us the necessity of watchfulness.

It appears you are speaking of this:

Luke 17:11-17New King James Version (NKJV) Ten Lepers Cleansed11 Now it happened as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. 12 Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off. 13 And they lifted up their voices and said, "Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!"

14 So when He saw them, He said to them, "Go, show yourselves to the priests." And so it was that as they went, they were cleansed.

15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God, 16 and fell down on hisface at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan.

17 So Jesus answered and said, "Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine?

In Jesus' time, lepers were anathema to the community. To go close to them would make others avoid you. They had little hope of ever living a 'normal' life. Yet, Jesus cured them. And what was the result. Only one, and this one a Samaritan - a fully disliked people who were shunned by the Jews. This one came to Jesus' feet and glorified God for His love and mercy to him.

This story teaches us the selfish ways of mankind. We need and receive and then go on our merry ways - not even stopping to give thanks to the one who gave us what we needed. This is the 'heart of stone' within each of us and will continue to define mankind until the Millennial Rule when God will give us a new heart of flesh, knowing Him fully.
