Katniss has a mental breakdown with everything that happened, particularly being affected by her sister Prim's death. After she recovers, she then returns to District 12 along with Peeta, Haymitch and others. District 12 starts to reform, and Peeta and Katniss begin to mend their relationship, which leads to marriage and two children.

It was also really suspenseful. Especially the last sentence," But there are much worse games to play". But there is no proof or evidence that they are making another one. So, who knows!
