she will either get an abortion or keep the baby. if she chooses to get an abortion (which im totally against of) but i think if she is still young and doesnt choose to ruin her life that will be the best option for her. if she chooses to keep it, then the best suggestion is to put the child up for adoption. or who knows..if her parents are against both..she should choose to keep it, but ofcourse there are obstacles ahead..
