they weaken

Because there is no gravity in space muscles go unused. Because of the lack of use they weaken and even begin to deteriorate. Astronauts must exercise for hours daily in order to maintain there strength.

Well, if astronauts exercise regularly, they should not be affected much. If an astronaut remains inactive, the muscles break down due to the lack of effort. Lower gravity uses less strength and when the astronauts return to Earth's greater gravity, they cannot support themselves because their muscles are adapted to less gravity.

they feel less confident on steping on the natural gravitational force

Due to the lack of gravitational stresses on the body, the spine expands, causing the person to become taller, however, the lack of gravity also means less natural physical activity, and muscle atrophy can occur, meaning the muscles of the astronaut have worn down a lot, just due to not being used. when the person returns to gravity, weakness is a regular effect. so it is important for the astronauts to maintain a good excersize routine while in space
