My suggestion to you is if you are not going to be watched go buy something at the store they call "Quick Fix". This product can be found at most B.P. stations and possibly GNC. It is a synthetic urine, that comes with its own heating pad, to keep it at the right temp. I know this from personal experience, and it saved my butt on more than one occasion. If you can't afford that then you might try getting someone you trust of the same sex and use their urine. Just make sure to have it between 98 and 100 degrees at the very moment you use it so keep it warm. If you are being watched then I really don't know what to tell you, because all of the methods for clearing your system up quickly are not very reliable. If you have time I suggest to just stop smoking, and drink lots (gallons) of water for three days, up to the day before the test, as you don't want to dilute the urine. Hope this helps you.
