F=ma, or force equals the product of mass and acceleration. Assuming that the mass of the object does not change, then acceleration increases as force increases.

As you increase the mass you increase the force necessary to move it.

Force=mass*acceleration

Therefore if force increases so does mass and/or acceleration. In most cases the answer will be acceleration because the mass increase is nearly un-observable.
