Adderall is made up of 4 amphetamine salts. These are in a class of drugs known as stimulants.
Excessive use of stimulants can cause sleep deprivation and a lot of negative psychological symptoms (psychosis). Whether this psychosis is due to the lack of sleep, the drug or the combination isn't know, as sleep deprivation alone can cause psychosis.

Shes right about the heart and liver, and definitely psychosis problems. But as for cancer, its possible but obviously not right away. After doing some research I found there have been studies that prove that adderall causes really significant genetic damage to your cells. Genetic damage is a very big cause of cancer. If it's for sleepiness, maybe adjusting doses on the Seroquel or Pristiq might help. The bottom line is, you need to talk this over with whoever is treating your psychological conditions.
