Fiji law requires that all children should have acess to education regardless of gender, race, color and ethnic. Fiji Education system is categorized into 3.
1. Primary School (Elementary Sch) - This comes from Kindargarten to Class/Grade 8.

2. High/Secondary School - Ranges from Form 3 to 7 or Grade 9 to 12.

From "c" to "s" it is optional. High school students have to pick a minimum of 7 subjects if in Form 3 and 4. And 5 subjects for Form 5,6 & 7.
3. Universities, Teatiary Studies for further education.
There are two active Universities in Fiji. The Univesity of the South Pacific and the University of Fiji both have interesting subjects. The Fiji Institute of Technology deals with Mechanical studies, Accounting, Economics, Computers and Technologies. The Fiji School of Medicine for Practitioners, The Fiji School of Nursing for Nurses, The Fiji School of Catering for Tourism, Hospitality, Cook training and such. There are literally thousands of teatiary education in Fiji.
English and Mathematics is compulsory in every primary and secondary schools in Fiji.
