I'm pretty sure that reach refers to the span of a pianist's hands. In other words, the number of keys he or she is able to span from a lower note to the highest attainable note without moving his/her hands. But then, this is from piano lessons some 50 years ago...




I think it matters if you practice a lot. My Mom is a piano teacher and she says so, plus, I have been playing piano for 6 years. I am 10
