Bethany which is a village "about two miles" away from Jerusalem. Just as Capernaum was Jesus' home in Galilee (Mark 2:1), Bethany might be called his home in Judea. It was the "certain village" that Jesus visited during his later Judean ministry (approximately October to December, 32 C.E.), the location of the home of Martha, Mary, and Lazarus, who became beloved friends of Jesus. (Luke 10:38) Here Jesus later performed the miracle of Lazarus' resurrection. (John 11:1, 38-44)
No Judea is not in Jerusalem. It's the city of Jerusalem that is in the Province of Judea or Judah.
Judea is a region not a city. Judea is the biblical name of the mountainous southern West Bank region. The name originates from the biblical tribe of Judah and associated Kingdom of Judah,

Oh Little Town of Bethlehem
According to the gospels, Jesus died in the Roman province of Judea.
Judea is a province or region, as Samaria is a region. So it can't be from Jerusalem (city) to Samaria. The distance travelled by the Lord Jesus would be from the Jordan river in Judea to Samaria en route to Galilee. This would be considerably lesser than the distance between Jerusalem (a city which is on a height) and Samaria. He could have travelled for 5-6 hours if He had started His journey at 6 am.
