The Krause Standard Catalog of World Coins, 1801-1900, 5th Ed. calls that type KM# 188.1. Peru minted a million of them in 1863 and 1864 from a copper-nickel alloy. In a really good, circulated condition, grade Fine to Extra Fine they say it is worth between $1.50 and $12.50. A dealer might buy it from you if it is especially nice. If it is badly worn then it may be almost worthless.
If you think it might be worth something then you might try selling it on an online auction, but don't expect too much for it. Good luck.
