a condom is almost like a balloon that guys put on their penis so you are prevented from getting pregnant
A condom is a protection device commonly used during sexual intercourse to prevent people from falling pregnant and from spreading sexual transmitted infections such as AIDS/HIVs

Sometimes a woman's egg doesnt get fertilized by the sperm. So your not pregnant.
Yes. Pre-cum contains semen. It's rare but it can definitely happen. Use a condom!
If you have sex with someone with HIV and your condom had a hold, you could contract HIV. See your healthcare provider for appropriate testing.
It's never a good idea to not use protection. If you aren't going to use a condom at least use birth control. Even before ejaculation, it's still very possible to get pregnant. be careful and unless there is another person there, it's going to be to him. I don't think it's worth the risk, unless you want to get pregnant...would he stick around? Good luck yeah he would never leave me ...
Yes, there are. I would say that there's a protest every week with a real major protest of 100,000 persons and above every year. Most of them regarding economical issues, such as budget cuts and labour strikes, with people wishing for a more socialist policy. When there's a major security event eg the flotilla raid or Operation Cast Lead people strike the street to support or condome the government handling.
Pull out. Immediately. If possible, remove the condom from your partner, doing your best to keep it from turning inside out. If necessary, head for the Emergency room. If you're anywhere near ejaculation, there's a chance a sperm cell got through. Essentially, you've just had unprotected sex. So your next steps will be to (a) get a "morning after" pill to prevent pregnancy (assuming this was heterosexual intercourse); and (b) get tested for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Remember: you're in this together. Don't even worry about whose "fault" this was -- it doesn't matter. What counts is what you do from here on out! You may have to get tested more than once: some infections take a while to grow to detectable levels. In the meantime, don't have sex. Period. You do not want to be one of those people who spread STDs.
