Physical changes are changes that do NOT change a substances chemical composition, and do not cause a chemical reaction. Cutting, painting, and bending something are examples of physical changes.
Physical properties are measurable properties that describe a physical characteristic, such as color, flexibility, brittlenes, etc. It also includes changes of state from solid to liquid, liquid to gas, etc, and an objects boiling point and melting point.
