any kind of abuse such as physical, emotional,mental or just simply taking advantage of a person who doesn't have the knowledge,almost like getting someone drunk to have sex with you,because the person is not in their full senses,or anything offensive, gosh, it really depends on what way you look at it,but to me i would find horrible any little thing that is meant to bother, hurt the person with special needs,sometimes i wonder what if all those mean people had kids with special disabilities,how would they like it for me to be a big meanie to their child,and i hope you are not asking because you did something mean
