A lot of self employed person involved in things like construction etc, however are considering taking up OSHA training programs as they are aware on the impact that OSHA can give in terms of the safety

∙ 12y agoEmployers that are governments and government agencies are excluded from coverage under the OSHAct at the federal level. States with an approved OSHA State plan are required to cover employees of state, county and municipal governments and as well as employees in the private sector.
