Gauge actually refers to the number of feet of iron wire it takes to weigh a pound....it takes 10 feet of 10 gauge iron wire to make a pound and it takes 30 feet of 30 gauge iron wire to make a pound.
at some point in time this got applied to sheet metal and this gauge system works about the same way.....the bigger the number the thinner the sheet metal.
Eg:
The higher the gauge, the thinner the metal. If I'm not mistaken gauge is measured in millimeters, only backwards.
Like in electrical wiring, 14 guage wire is about a 16th inch and 10 guage is almost a 1/4 inch etc. etc.
In otherwords, the lower the gauge the thicker it is.
These are mechanical devices with a clock-like dial and looking something like a vice with a measuring head that goes in and out.- to measure thickness. there are several various types.
Schedule 40 PVC is the type and thickness of water pipe.
heavy duty paper sometimes they are coated with wax or paraffin to make them somewhat waterproof Other disposable plates - which is what I believe you meant anyway - are made from styrofoam or kinds of plastics.
what is meant by grating
what is meant by histerisis in terms of Elctrical Machines?
Bullbag nutsack
I meant Jade but I saw Gauges in his ears on one of the videos. I even Paused and went back, but i can not remember what video.
if you meant width then a computer if you meant thickness a since textbook i you meant length then a textbook
Intrinsic error.
Schedule 40 PVC is the type and thickness of water pipe.
I am sure you meant 0.5mm thickness. Otherwise 0.5 nanometre is a VERY thin film. If thickness is 0.5mm then it will be equal to 0.05cm thickness Area = volume / thickness = 200 / .05 = 4000 square cm 4000 square cm / (100*100) = 0.4 square metres If you meant 0.5 nanometers then the area = 4 million square metres
There seems to be a problem with this question. There's no such thing like "unltrasonic thickness". Maybe "ultrasonic" was meant here, but according to CrowdFlower the typo of the questions must be accurate.
In Math, a line does not have any thickness. It is a mathematical concept.Technically no, since its meant to be a one dimensional object (meaning that it can be technically described by one numerical value). But then, a one dimensional object has zero thickness, therefore it would be invisible due to it infinitely small thickness. So a line by definition has no thickness, but all true lines are invisible.
It looks like you meant width or thickness. This is the formula to calculate volume or capacity of a rectangular prism (a box).
ummm........ well if you meant plays, then then i'd say Ashley Green.
CIGARCONE is one of the temperature measuring instrument to measure temperatures from ranges of 1500 degree celcius
