It means you should go to the doctor and ask a proffessional...If you have done any intense work outs in the last week then your abs would be sore but if it is not your abs then i would definetly advise you go see a doctor asap...Its not worth it to sit around and wait for the pain to stop, especially if it has been going on for more than a week..I wish you well
