Vitamin D plays an important role in bone health. 10-15 minutes of exposure to sunlight 2-3 times a weak is sufficient for strong bones.

Also vitamin K helps vitamin D to do its job and helps increase bone mass.

Minerals like calcium are also good for strong and healthy bones.
