Scotland is far too cold for a Disneyland to be successful and the population in the area isn't high enough. A high percentage of the UK population lives in the southern part of Britain so Disneyland in Paris is closer than Scotland, so for both of these reasons, a Disneyland in Scotland wouldn't be viable.
