Newly graduates opening up private practice will have lots of challenges to overcome to make a decent salary. Getting patients to come to your practice requires lots of marketing, word-of-mouth and referrals from other health care practitioners. A chiropractor fee ranges between R180-R350 depending on the location,need and specialization. The first visit to a chiropractor is usually more costly as it takes longer to examine,diagnose and plan a treatment plan. Keep in mind that chiropractors in South Africa are required to have a 6-year MTech degree which enables them to register at CASA as Doctors of Chiropractic.
