I am 12 years old, and 5'3 &; I am overweight. I weigh 167 pounds. But what I'm doing about my weight is; my parents are drug users, my dad does dip, and my mom does ciggars. They said they would stop, if I lost 40 to 35 pounds, so we all set a goal. My dad does the whole can, and my mom does 15 cigars a day. My mom is narrowing down to 10 cigars, and my dad is narrowing down to 2 hands of dip. Hopefully you will set a goal for something your trying to find. (: Hope this helps!!
