That's truly a question each must answer for him/herself, but that won't stop me from having a go. It depends on the nature and balance of your values. Many moral questions involve conflicting values, for instance, do you turn your brother in for a crime? or do you steal medicine to heal your sick? How you resolve these dilemmas will indicate your important moral compass, and determines what is considered a "moral society". Having said all that, one concept which has gained acceptance across nearly all cultures is "do unto others as you would have done unto you", which is based on having justice as a high moral value. Another might be "the greatest good for the greatest number" which has self-effort for the sake of the community as a value. Good luck!
