I don't know the best, but Prell classic is really good. I use it myself.
I have found that known brands ( e.g. Tresseme, Herbal Essence) even though they say things like "oil eliminating" or something on the bottle, don't really help. It depends on how oily your hair is.
Watch out for shampoos with alchohol in them because they dry out your hair easily.
Make sure you wash your hair daily, and you might want to shampoo twice.
