Your best bet is to write to NBC Studios with 3 requested dates, generally 4-6 weeks in advance, the names and ages of everyone in your party (keep them small), and anything else you feel they should know. Unlike many Talk Shows, NBC has generally hushed ticket distribution, so finding the right address might be tough. The phone is a nifty tool for information.
All members of your party must be of 16 or 17 years of age and older (I don't know which one) and all tapings are done live at 30 Rockerfeller Plaza in New York City. They are on Saturdays and begin at 11:35 and end at 1:35, and they do not do tapings every week, so you may want to see which weeks they will and will not be taping.
14 because it is rated 14 plus
It is rated TV 14, (which means 14) but it is really up to the parent or guardian of the person in question.
You can't get tickets to watch a taping of Victorious because they don't have a live audience.

You don't buy tickets you have to watch it on T.V
