A fossil can be as big as the organism creating it, so as large as a blue whale. A slightly more liberal definition would allow us to define a whole forest as a single fossil, therefore an entire limestone seam would be an ancient reef, or a coal seam would be a fossilized forest, or a geological layer would be a ancient coast line.

Actually, a Tyrannosaurus is the largest predator ever found fossilized yet.

The dinosaur with the longest neck is a Mamenchisaurus, with a neck of up to 11m (36ft). It's neck was so long it could hardly bend, but the dinosaur could rear up on it's hind legs and get the freshest leaves at the top of the tree.

The heaviest dinosaur was the Brachiosaurus, weighing 80 tonnes (78 tons)! It was as tall as a four-storey building, and it's shoulders were up to more than 6m (20 ft) off the ground and it's upper arm bone was 2m (7 ft) long, and that of a human is only about 35cm (1 ft) or about a ruler length long.

The Diplodocus, was the longest dinosaur, with a total length of 23m (75 ft) taken up by it's 14m (46 ft) long tail. The tail can be used as a strong whiplash to defend itself against predators.

In the 1970's and 1980's scientists found massive bones from sauropods even bigger than 23m (75 ft) Brachiosaurus, called Supersaurus, Ultrasaurus and Seismosaurus. These incredible animals could have been up to 30m (98 ft) long! The fossils are still being found, and it might take 10-20 years to reconstruct their whole skeleton! When they do, they will destroy the records of today!

I hope this answered your question!

If you are considering the fossil to be the entire animal, then dinosaurs are at the top of the really big fossils, as they can be larger than 100'. Other large fossils are given in the attached link.
