I think you mean the humerus. Its the bone in your upper arm. :)
Humerus
Your elbow joint (funny bone!)
The triangular bone in your upper back is called the SCAPULA, more commonly known as the shoulder blade, which connects the humerus (upper arm bone) to the clavicle (collar bone).
The humerus and clavicle attach to the scapula.
The scapula (flat triangular bone at the back of the shoulder)
It's called the scapula
Humerus is the top arm bone between the shoulder & elbow. The radius & ulna are the 2 bones between elbow & wrist.
The biceps attach to the radius bone (near your elbow) on a small bump called the radial tuberosity, and the the humerus(near your shoulder). Hope that helps!
If you are referring to the bone that makes the shoulder, it is called the scapula
The upper arm bone between elbow and shoulder.
The bone is called the scapula and the part of the scapula that articulates with the humerus is known as the glenoid fossa.
The humerus bone is the long bone in your upper arm. In simple terms, it goes from your shoulder down to your elbow. But heres the names for all the bones is conects to starting from the shoulder area: The humerus bone connects to two parts of the scapula bone (shoulder blade) which are the acromoin and the coracoid process. Near the elbow, the humerus bone connects with the olecranon process and the head of the radius.
