Geliophobia means fear of laughter.

not sure about the dying part!

The phobia of when you're afraid of dying laughing is called Cherophobia.

Sorry that there isn't a phobia for dying of laughter, but we could combine the two phobias, Ex: Cherogeliophobia, and say that will work!
