Mind is more like a human characteristic due to human brain that allows humans to memorize, think and do other things including being conscious. Consciousness is all about being aware of whatever that is outside or within oneself.

being conscious is just being aware of your environment as well as your presence in it. Better yet, it is being aware of yourself as far as your own existence, sensations, and thoughts.

Note: when someone tells you you are too self-conscious or not self-conscious enough.

the term conscience, on the other hand is the tool that your superego creates to inform you of what is right or wrong.

People with a guilty conscience are reacting to feelings of guilt because of wrongdoing that has either happened or will happen on their behalf or at least due to their complicity in doing something they know to be bad.
