To interpret laws
The duty of the Supreme Court is to interpret and apply laws. They review cases and determine whether laws or actions are constitutional or not. When there are disputes or conflicts involving the interpretation or application of laws, the Supreme Court has the final authority to decide on them.
It is the supreme court and the sentate.
The senat. Surely not the Senate? This must be the duty of the Supreme Court.

When they're no longer capable of executing their duty as Supreme Court Justice. As long as they're capable of adequately performing their duties, they have no limit to how long they may serve.

If a decision made at District Court is successfully appealled, the case gets taken to a higher court. If there wasn't a Supreme Court, cases would keep getting appealled and taken to a higher court each time. Rulings by the Supreme Court can get appealled (the case would get taken to Congress), but this process is very difficult. The Supreme Court also has a duty to make sure laws and actions by the President and Congress are not unconsitutional.
The judicial branch is the Supreme Court. There duty is to basically enforce the laws and put the president on trial if he/she does something that isn't Constitutional. The supreme court also acts like a normal court and has about 100 cases a year
The correct name is the Supreme Court of the United States, but most people refer to it as the US Supreme Court. Each state has its own Supreme Court, but the US Supreme Court is the end of the line.
