It will lower the SG. To what extent will depends upon the material and the temperature at time of measure. Altitude will and air presure will also change your SG reading. I am not sure how to compensate for either of those. However they do have charts and calculators which will compensate for temperature veriation. Hope this helps to point you in the correct direction to further your investigation of the topic.

Specific gravity means the density of something, usually a liquid, compared to that of water. So as water has density 1 g/ml , if another liquid has density say 1.2 g/ml, its specific gravity is said to be 1.2. Temperature will only have an effect due to the expansion coefficient of the liquid, which makes it slightly less dense as temperature rises.

If temprature is increase, then specific gravity is decrease. and when temprature is decrease , then specific gravity is increase.

Density is directly proportional to the specific gravity (relative density) because

Specific gravity(relative density) = Density of the material/density of water.

Differentiate a relation to a function?

A function is a special type of relation. So first let's see what a relation is. A relation is a diagram, equation, or list that defines a specific relationship between groups of elements. Now a function is a relation whose every input corresponds with a single output.
