Depending on the type of engine your Lincoln Town care has, there will be a different firing order. For a 3.8L engine the firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6. For a 5.0L the firing order is 1-5-4-2-3-6-7-8. For a 4.6L engine the firing order is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8.
