My sonata increases its rev count and switch it self off why??
There is a diagram in the transmission section of an electrical trouble shooting manual. The input spd sensor is on top of the trans, and is under the shift cable bracket.
A "speed" sensor can affect the shifting of the trans.A "speed" sensor can affect the shifting of the trans.
The vehicle speed sensor is on the top of the rear axle. The trans output speed sensor is on the driver side tail housing of the trans,
right on the trans they are plug ins one is a speed sensor
in the trans
The speedometer signal comes from the ABS sensor on top of the rear axle. The trans also has speed sensors on it for trans shifting.
The vehicle speed signal comes form the trans computer via the output speed sensor on the front of the trans.
On a 4 speed transmission it is the output speed sensor. That ir the sensor on the front of the trans farthest to the driver side. On a 3speed transmission it is on the housing that the passenger axle shaft comes out of trans in.
the side of your transmission.. and its not a sensor its a gear.
No speed sensor on the manual trans. The speedometer signal comes from the rear axle speed sensor.
The output speed sensor is on the rear part of the trans, on the driver side.
The output speed sensor tell the computer what speed the trans output is turning to know when to shift.
