∙ 13y agoI'm pretty sure it is Fairfax County. It's made up of several communities in Northern Virginia, but perhaps one reason for its popularity is it's relative location to D.C. Fairfax County is definitely a really nice area to visit and the neighborhoods seem like a great place to live.
