I checked with the GE Savings &Security Program Service Center. They told me that the new GE Stock Fund that is managed by Fidelity is an Institutional Fund, that is not publicly traded. Therefore this fund does not have a ticker symbol.

Fidelity Investments is a private company and its primary business in selling mutual fund investments. FNF is a publicly owned corporation, and is primarily in the title insurance and other related businesses.
