This coin is "Coin of the Realm" but was intended as a non-circulating legal tender coin. It is not listed in any catalogue, but it appears to be a normal 25 New Pence with 24 carat gold electro-plating and suitably packaged by the Royal Mint.

With the "Certificate of Authenticity" it might get £6 to £7 GBP.

A reputable coin dealer will be able to give a more accurate valuation.

It's worth very little. It's considered an altered coin, and your local coin dealer will give you little if anything should you try to sell it.

Are you sure the coin is gold plated. If so, probably around £5 - £10 max.

A diamond cut 22ct gold plated Royal Mint original silver jubilee coin in original box?

The standard for gold coins issued by the Royal Mint is 22 carat. The Royal Mint issued the 25 Pence (Crown) coin for the Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II in 1977. The coin was issued as a standard coin, a specimen coin in a presentation folder, a Proof FDC coin, and a silver Proof FDC in a case. No gold coin. There is every possibility that a gold commemorative coin was produced privately by the Franklin Mint or a similar company.

Did Queen Elizabeth the 2 get the crown that Queen Elizabeth 1 wore?

No. The official coronation crown called St. Edward's Crown was used for both women, but during the English Civil War (1641-1651) the original was destroyed by the orders of Oliver Cromwell. A new St. Edward's Crown was made in 1661 for the coronation of Charles II. It is reputed to contain gold from the previous crown and a pearl own by Elizabeth I. It was this 1661 version of St. Edward Crown that was used for the coronation of Elizabeth II.
