Red ink was never used in printing 1976 $2 bills because they were issued as Federal Reserve Notes at a time when the standard colors were black, green, and white.

It's possible your bill picked up additional colors from some external source like a bank wrapper, a security pen, etc.

In any case, all circulated 1976 $2 bills are worth face value only.
