If it has a red seal, its auction value as of 03/2010 is in the range $750.-$2200. for a circulated specimen. If it has a brown seal, those numbers jump to $3000.-$7000.
In either case you should check the bill to see if it has the word COPY or REPLICA in small letters anywhere in the design. If not, you'll need to have it inspected by an expert to make sure it's genuine.
Also please note that bills are printed. Coins are minted - the Mint doesn't make paper money.
