Germany uses coins that are based on the euro. There are two euro coins, one euro coins, 50 cent euros, 20 cent, 10 cent, 5 cent, and 1 cent euro coins.
No such coin. A penny is one cent so a 2 cent penny does not exist. There are US Two- Cent pieces but a date is needed.
In 1857 two types of penny's were issued. A Large cent and Small cent with very different values. Please post new question with more information.

PENNY, not "penney". Penney's is a department store chain. Also it has to be either a two cent piece or a penny but not both. A penny is worth one cent so a "two cent penny" is not a meaningful description. Please see the Related Questions for possible answers depending on what you have.

Only one. The U.S. Penny, the form of currency with the smallest value, is worth one cent. That being said, it is impossible to "make" one cent with two or more coins.
There is a 2 cent euro coin, so to get 12 cents, you would need a 10 cent coin and a 2 cent coin.
