Cleopatra accomplished next to nothing in her reign. For a brief time she gained territory that made Egypt close to the size that it was in its glory days, but that did not last very long. Any of her other "accomplishments" were negative, such as alienating her neighbors, causing the death of her siblings an therefore her dynasty and causing her country to lose its independence and become a Roman province.
