You get a product from Standard Process called Ligaplex II. This product is a phyto-nutrient, and it gives your muscles and ligaments the nutrition it needs to heal. Any part of your body will heal if fed properly. They are a remarkable company all organically grown here in the United States. Give it time, good nutrients do not work like prescription medication, and it is not an overnight process. You will usually feel a difference in 4 to 6 weeks.

Answer The rotator cuff is a group of tendons and their related muscles that helps keep the upper arm bone securely placed, or seated, into the socket of the shou…lder blade. Rotator cuff disorders are usually caused by a combination of factors, such as normal wear and tear. Age-related degeneration slowly damages the rotator cuff, causing one or more tendons to rub against the bones (impingement). Partial or complete tears to the rotator cuff tendon are more likely to occur when the rotator cuff is already scarred, weakened, or damaged. A complete rotator cuff tear in a person with an otherwise healthy shoulder is most often caused by an extremely forceful injury. Answer PAINPAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Answer Shoulder pain - from mild to horrible, with decreased strength, decreased range of motion, etc. See your doctor for Xrays, then get referred to an orthope…dic surgeon if symptoms persist.
I'm told that everyones body heals at it own pace. Two years ago my husband tore his rotator cuff it took about 6 months for him to stop feeling pain. L-lysine amino acid is g…reat for speeding up the healing process and Bio Freez help with the pain also a cold press to reduce swelling every 2 to three hours.
it is when your rotator cuff which makes your arm move freeely and if is gets torn it needs surgery to fix it and then you have a long recovery time ahead .
It depends, an mri will only detect it if the scanner is in the shoulder region
Rotator cuff tears (tendon tears around the shoulder joint) can repair over time, but depends on a number of factors including, site, size of tear, age of patient, cause of te…ar. In the elderly population rotator cuff tears are very common but do not bother them. With the correct physio/exercises one can incorporate the rest of the rotator cuff to compensate and so may not need surgical intervention.

The treatment for Torn Rotator Cuff usually begins from conservative approach to surgical approach. The choice depends on whether the symptoms of torn rotator cuff involved is… one as mild, chronic or acute. Conservative treatment consists of rest and limited mobility to the injured shoulder, anti-inflammatory and pain medication, the use of a sling, injection of steroid and physical therapy rehabilitation. Also strengthening exercises are important component of recovery treatment for torn rotator cuff muscles. Conservative approach is the best treatment option for minor shoulder injury and to relieve the early manifestations of the symptoms.
Depends on your percentage of permanent disability after surgery was paid for by your employer.
Naproxen is an antiinflammatory drug, and may reduce inflammation in the rotator cuff. In itself, it cannot heal a torn ligament.
It was my right shoulder one. I was standing with feet underneath car with door open and fell backwards onto shoulder. still hurts and that was 10 years ago. would advise not …to imitate this stunt.
IMPORTANT* - Get your doctor's clearance before starting anyexercise for a joint injury. Also, no exercise can heal rotatorcuff. It can increase mobility and decrease pain. On…e of the most gentle exercises for rotator cuff is to standbeside a wall with the affected shoulder facing the wall. Put yourfingertips on the wall and step out//away from the wall until yourarm is level with your shoulder and only the fingertips aretouching the wall. Now, "walk" your fingers up the wall as far asyou can. Stop if pain. Then, walk your fingers back down the wall.Repeat 10x and redo the exercise up to 3 times a day. A second exercise.... Put your affected arm straight down, withyour hand on the side of your hip. Raise your arm as high as youcan without pain. Now pretend you are moving your arm in the air, from 3 pm position to 11 am position... so, 3, 2, 1, 12, 11....then go backward, 11, 12, 1, 2, 3. Repeat the whole sequence atleast 5x. Hint: This exercise will make it easier to reach behindyour back, such as to put on your coat or wipe yourself. The pain from a torn rotator cuff can take months to calm down. Theexercises will help, but need done regularly.
