They are all good, but my preference would be .avi.
AVi and mp4 are the best with xvid encoding you can download video converters and video encoders from many sites.

That depends what format its in, best would be the AVI format which keeps movies at around 700mb and you can burn them. Mp4's and other formats can be around 1.5Gb.
