I think it's the part of the wing that faces the flamingo's body and I'm flamingo mad so I should know. Watch the film Crimson wing to find out.

A flamingo is a long legged pink feathered wading bird of Africa. It has a large down turned beak for sifting shallow lakes for shell fish etc which maintains the pink plumage. The broad pink wings have black wing tips. There was also an aircraft of the 1930s called the De Havilland (UK) Flamingo. It was a four engined airliner and could carry 20 odd passengers.
There are three different types of flamingo: 1) Greater Flamingo (largest) 2) Carribean Flamingo 3) Chilean Flamingo (smallest) Flamingos can reach 5'ft in hieght. They can have a wing span of 55-66" and weigh 6-7 pounds. Adult males are larger then adult females. *Note that a flamingos size depends on what type of flamingo it is.*
Superboy - 1988 Black Flamingo 1-23 was released on: USA: 6 May 1989
Black Wing Foundation was created in 2006.
The red wing black bird has three toes
The trailing edge of the wing is the part that is referred to as the flaps.
There are 6 species of flamingo and depending on the kind of flamingo and the size of the flamingo the size of their offspring varies. Also Flamingo's are almost like people and are very unique and though we can't see it they all are very different, so one flamingo baby could be a different size to another that was born at the same time as the previous.

No, you can't. Some animals look different, and some don't. They look the same. The only way to tell between a female flamingo, and male flamingo is by... I f you happen to see a flamingo sitting on a nest, or sitting on its egg, then that is a female flamingo. Maybe male flamingos have black marks, and others with no black marks might be hopefully be females.
