Personality traits best suited to a welder are , patience , calmness, observance of detail, ability to stay in one / or many positions for some time. While these are some of the qualities most helpful to be a welder , this is only an over view. there are other things to consider, if caffeine makes you even the slightest bit "jittery" IE a bit shaky or if your hands aren't so steady, this could affect your welding ability, and the outcome of your weld.

Patience, attention to detail, and physical stamina are important traits for a welder. Welders often work on intricate projects that require precision, so being able to concentrate and take their time is crucial. They also need to be physically fit to handle the demands of the job, which can be physically strenuous.
