Well first of all, you have to accept Jesus Christ as your savior. You also have to believe without a doubt that he is the son of God. God gave us his only son Jesus Christ, who died for our sins. Jesus Christ arose three days later. The promise you make is that after being baptised, You will live your life as sinless & Christ like as possible.
