What should be the problem if i can't open any programs of my computer?

Although more information is needed, down here are the possible causes
-Lack of administrative preferenecs. Since you are logged in as a "Guest", you may not have clearance to access certain programs
-Virus. Using a virus search program to get rid of the virus (or even reinstall the computer in severe cases)
-Critical windows error. This is due to one or more files missing from the system32 folder. Reinstalling windows would be advisable.
-Lack of compling program. Since many of the programs are written under Basic or C language, you may lack the programs to "translate" these programming languages into forms hat computers can understand. You can go to Microsoft's website to download and install these "translation" programs.
