When the EXAM starts ,before starting to write sit there for a min and relax Steps: * close your eyes and sit straight * image a place you like e.g a beach or an empty room or any thing you like * before opening your eyes roll them up * then down * the open and straight to the EXAM. GO OVER THE EXAM IF YOU FINISHED EARLY!
